My story

I am an independent consultant with a strong academic background and solid experience combining communication, culture and strategic consulting. With literary studies and a minor in anthropology as well as a master's degree in Visual Culture and Modern Culture and Cultural Communication, I have built a unique profile within cultural understanding and visual and strategic communication. This is further strengthened by the fact that I have worked with project management, fundraising and communication in a disability organization for a decade. In addition, I have a number of continuing education courses within web accessibility, political lobbying, project management, social media strategy, fundraising, ESG and DEI consulting.

I work to help companies and organizations break down barriers, whether systemic, cultural, or technical. Too often we overlook the full potential of diversity because we either try to assimilate or exclude what we don’t understand. But a genuine investment in diversity doesn’t just create better results; it also makes a real difference to people.

The core of my work is mutual dialogue, understanding and respect – because this is where the solutions begin. Through Mejdal Consulting, I therefore offer strategic advice and concrete, accessible and action-oriented solutions that create value for both the organization and society.
